About us

2.5 billion people still live on USD 2 or less a day and thus struggle to meet their basic needs and lack regular access to healthcare services and medicines. The scale of this problem and its complexity call for the engagement of all relevant actors of society: governments, international organizations and the private sector.

In all aspects of our work, the Novartis Foundation contributes to global development with a human face:

- practical project and program work
- dialog and networking activities
- think-tank work (research, publications, consultation and information work)
