 Reimagining urban health requires collaboration across sectors and disciplines. No single actor can solve a complex challenge, such as heart health alone.  
   
 We bring together actors who may not usually collaborate. The Novartis Foundation acts as a neutral convenor, bringing together partners from public and private sectors, with communities. All share the same goal: leveraging the convergence of science and technology innovations to reimagine the way health in large populations is managed and improved.  
   
 This partnership model allows us to move fast, stay credible, and deliver measurable health impact at scale.
